"Murder at the Vicarage" opens tomorrow. Even if we suck and drop lines left, right, and center, this is without a doubt some of the most fun I've ever had doing a play. Dan, Rachel, Michael, Katie... gah, too much fun. And we get two cast parties because we're cool. :P

I've also been reading the book "Murder at the Vicarage". There's a Mrs. Lestrange and the Colenol's name is Lucius. o_O Am slightly freaked out. Have yet to find out the connection between the two.

The pervy version.

Act I, Scene 1

VICAR: ... Were you wanting me?

LAWRENCE: If you're not out of here in one second, I'll put you across my knee and spank you.
LETTICE: You know, I think I'd rather like that.

Act I, Scene 2

MARY: ... And what's more, 'e said he was early for his date with the reverend, but 'e'd wait.

INSPECTOR: (to DENNIS) ... I'll send for you later if I want you.

INSPECTOR: Did you come near this window?
LAWRENCE: Oh no...

Act I, Scene 3

GRISELDA: Ronny! You're very naughty.

LAWRENCE: This is the French way, isn't it?

INSPECTOR: He didn't come near this window?

LAWRENCE: I went up to him... touched him...

And I didn't even notice the come part until Michael oh-so-generously pointed it out to me. Ah, my Real Life Terence Higgs. :)
