babb_chronicles to your flist. Also, you have a great sense of humor and I love you. :D
I really wish that there were a cell phone scramble in the library. And the Dows. Although that wouldn't be very handy for reaching truant actors, mrph.
I just sort of realized that I hadn't really entried since the 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEE' thing on Saturday, so. Chelsea got me a plastic dinosaur set, like Wash has in the pilot of Firefly. I did the "Mine is an evil laugh" scene about ten times, and it was awesome.
lostlikealice wrote me fawesome Megthony from which awesome meta came where Megan called Stephen a twat. I think it might've been because it was about five AM at that point, but don't quote me on it. And please don't quote her either, the poor girl might die of outright embarrassment.
I should be preparing for my Theatre History midterm, but am I? ... Well, I have the document open! It's going to be better than other midterms, because it's two essays in fifty minutes, which is better than three essays and ten IDs (THANKS BURKE). Dennis was going to see if we could reserve a computer lab to take it in which means TYPING rather than writing which means that my hand won't hurt for the rest of the day, which is really great. Of course whether I'll be able to concentrate to eleven other people typing is another question, since I don't think having my headphones on it going to be an option. :( But there is a beta wave created by music that stimulates brain activity! I saw it on Oprah!
Yeah, I don't think Dennis is going to buy it either. But seriously, for me anything is better than dead silence.
Dr. Nordmann visited our Historian's Craft class this morning and gave us a bit of advice that I'm going to have to try. If people continually ask you what you're going to do with your degrees, say, "I might go to law school. Of course, you don't actually have to go to law school, but it shuts people up and keeps them from thinking you're a fool." (I so miss having a class with this guy. Hopefully I can take one of his seminars next year.) Susan's a little bit more worried (well as worried as she ever gets) because she's already taken his Korea seminar, and he's either teaching that one or one on Japan next spring, and if he teaches the one on Korea she has to take her seminar with Dr. Janus (Dr. Uh, also famous for having a Boston basketball team wandering about the British Isles and the Iberian peninsula).
Rugcutters are preparing for our bit in the Culture Show, which is going to be awesome, because we are all awesome. I'm going to see if I could potentially borrow my sister's video camera in order to tape us and share it with you all, because we are fucking awesome and you all have to see it. :]
