My mom and I are watching Serenity after completing a marathon of the series. I love this show a lot.
The Browncoats of Coe College should really get into gear. We can have a Serenity viewing and a discussion about... things. Why Mal's so emotionally stunted. How beautiful the costume design is. What the fuck Shepherd Book knows, anyway. The ethics (or lack thereof) of what the Alliance did with the Pax. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS! :O
I have spent the afternoon going through my theatre history textbook readings and highlighting things that are important, because EVERYONE in the class is doing badly on quizzes that are supposed to check that we did the reading, and everyone also claiming that they spent several hours on them. So I'm going to try reading a bit more actively. I was reminded why I've never done it before. I lack the capability to pick out something important. I think everything is important. I actually ran a highlighter out of ink. Yes. And my book is yellow.
I'm also supposed to be reading A Doll's House for the 392845392503169th time. Blar.
