Well.

I only have one thing to say about today:

I am seventeen.
I can get into an "R" rated movie by myself.
In Iowa, I am old enough to get married without parental consent if I so choose.
In four months, I will be old enough to vote.

Why are there fifth and sixth graders who are telling me where to go and what to do?

THE TONYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot it was Tonys Night! This is a big night for me! I watched it all, and now I'm ready to go out and star in something.

What Michelle Pawk said pretty much sums up the entire night:

"I have never been more proud to be a member of this community. Men kissing each other on stage, drag queens, children, IT'S A PERFECT WORLD!"

And, ooh, Antonio Banderas! (Eww, Melanie Griffith.)

And, Hugh Jackman sans sideburns and attitude. Squee. :) Harvey Fiernstein cracks me up, and I'm SO glad the chick from Hairspray won.

Like I said, I'm ready to go and star in something. :D
