Dear Xwires:

Today I called you with the exact same problem I had last week on February 26. The one difference between today and that day is that day, you fixed my problem. Today, you didn't. You discourteously passed me on to Computer Services at my school, which a) sucks on the best of days, and b) probably isn't going to be inclined to pay attention to my plight the day before we leave for spring break. I don't know if you had a hot date, but since your advertised business hours show closing at 5:30, I'm rather displeased that this wasn't given attention when I called at 4:15.

After your impressive miracle of February 26, I was willing to cut you some slack given your bad reputation for providing us with shitty internet service that doesn't even let us network computers and printers, but after today, I am not interested. The one redeeming thing about graduating is that I will never ever have to put up with your crappy internet ever again.
