(no subject)

So it turns out one of the girls who was doing Godspell isn't going to do it anymore, so we're scrambling around for another soprano. Yikes. Scary scary. Also, there's a group that wants to publish one of my photos from Florence in their coffee table book on travel. (To be precise, this photo.) Actually, they want me to pay $69 for the book, $60 to belong to the International Group of Photographers or whatever, and $120 to ship... something to me. Right. I might've been born in the dark but it wasn't last night.

On the thing they sent me where I have to give them permission, I get to make a one hundred word statement that they'll publish with the photo. I'm considering, "Put down the book, go to Florence, and look at the real piece of art."
