Jan. 10th, 2007 09:36 amI get to go home tonight. HOORAY.
I really should probably stay over night again like my aunt offered, but the truth is that I can't stand to spend one more minute in this house. I was even not going to spend the day here and call my mom and see if she wanted to meet for lunch (well, it's only twenty to ten so I suppose there's still time for that if I wanted to), but the fear of spending money has gotten to me. As in, I don't want to do that.
They have quite a few movies that I don't have, yesterday I got to watch X-Men 3 (meh, about as bad as people were saying), National Treasure (MUCH better than I heard, but I love a conspiracy and Masons and the history major me just about orgasmed, and I love Riley), and Shrek 2 (okay, so I'd seen before, but I love it). The day before that I finally saw The Family Stone, and I loved it. Every time Sarah Jessica Parker's mouth opened I cringed. My uncle also has King Arthur which is a movie that I have seen several times and love, and the copy that grandma bought was supposed to be mine, but he stole it. :( So in effect, this movie is mine anyway. I could just buy my own copy, but holding a grudge is so much more fun, IMO.
He also stole my copy of Dragonheart.
I also caught up on The Office (YAY) and Grey's Anatomy (MORE YAY) so I can watch new episodes tomorrow. (Well, I watched the New!Office last week, so... shh.) GA is going good. I still love George and Izzie, Christina is amazing, Alex grew on me (IOWA BOYS), Meredith's still a little annoying but everytime her mother comes up I forgive her, and McDreamy is just... nice to look at. I can't believe that Rob Lowe turned down McDreamy. Patrick Dempsy is fantastic and everything, don't misunderstand me, but... Rob Lowe.
Oh and... House. Gah. Cuddy for the pwn. I, seriously. My jaw dropped. :O I then realized when they said "new episode in three weeks" that I will be in London in three weeks and then I started trying not to freak out. Worked pretty well, just. AHH. My dad made my final travel arrangements yesterday. Which means that I'm actually doing this.
I am being desperately and creatively unproductive (except with
leviosarpg /
lostlikealice). This must change.
