"If fucking Random House stops calling..."

I really hate to deem a day good or bad before 5 PM, so I will refrain and say I should have just slept through the entire fucking day.

Goods:
1. I have a scene partner (see 2 below for addendum).
2. I LOVE Dr. Nordmann and Western Civ.
3. We had a midterm in there next week (there will be two midterms, eh). However, since up to this point it has basically been review for me thanks to Ren and Ref last semester, it's all gravy.
4. I have chocolate.
5. All the diagrams that were in my Directing text now make sense. Yay.
6. I have 90% of my aid to go abroad. This is good.

Bads:
1-5 (yes, this is bad enough to rank five things). I am getting to hate HoME. That is supposed to be my concentration for my history degree. I don't leave that class feeling like I learned anything. I AM PAYING ROUGHLY $30,000 TO GO HERE. TEACH ME SOMETHING, DAMNIT.
6. This person? Not a great person. The way I understand him, he's lazy, insensitive, and I am not so much looking forward to working with him. I'm trying to remind myself that the only scene I'm being graded on is the one I direct, but it's such a collaborative process that I don't want Will to get a bad grade. Mrph. -.-
7. My back hurts. A lot. I don't know why, but it does.
8. I hate drawing bodies for Design class. I can't do it. And if I automatically make my model caucasian or something, I'm afraid I'll be labeled racist or something. WHY CAN'T WE JUST CLOTHE STICK FIGURES.

8. I just got castigated. Oh, I'm such a bad, bad girl. Fuck you too, sweetheart.
9. There was a boy in the flute section in band today. He's a music major. He's been playing flute for a week and a half, I have been playing for nine years, and he is better than I am. Why is this fair?
10. The other ASM is here now. She's not one of my favorite people ever. I am going to be a good girl, I am.
