My mom is really upset. She was fired because someone fucked up on an order this weekend, and supposedly she makes "mistakes that cost him [her boss] money". She hasn't had the best luck with jobs lately, either. Her former bosses wouldn't pay her because the payroll company they were using was fucked up and in bankruptcy court, so she quit and went to this job down in Davenport. Well, her boss got what he wanted out of her, the two big holidays (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, don'tcha know) and her butt worked off.

Their loss, I suppose. My mother isn't the most patient person in the world to me anyway, but I've worked with her at her old job here in DeWitt and she is good with customers and doesn't make mistakes. She doesn't fucking deserve this.

So, general good thought vibes, prayers, whatever you can say or give to my mom would be well appreciated. Thank you.

Before you joke about shooting yourself, think. Think about how maybe a person in the chat room has maybe thought seriously about it, and think about how maybe a person in the chat room has lost somebody they loved like a sister because she did precisely that.
