(no subject)

Said it once (as you'll see) and I'll say it again:

If Katherine Heigl were to be cast, I would cry, and not in the good way.

I know chances are slim this is even going to happen, but this is what I WILL say: I don't really trust this in the hands of anyone. MAYBE the BBC. Just. Leave my story alone, k? :\

She could play Brianna and hit two of my irrational dislike buttons at once. :P

No! No, no, no, no, no! Not that Katherine Heigl isn't good, but she would be an AWFUL Claire. I'd join in on your crying.

It shouldn't be about having a "big name", it should be about doing it well and doing the book justice! It was an amazing book - the movie should be equally as amazing. And, no, I don't care if she's read it and is a fan, I don't care that she's a popular actress, she would a horrid and dreadful choice.

I think I'm being unfair and maybe a little too judgmental (hey, Heath Ledger was amazing as the Joker and I remember being worried about that acting choice when I first heard of it), but I just cannot for the life of me see her doing Claire. Imagining it just... GUH!

I'm repeating myself, I know, but I'm just floored at this point. In short simple terms, I agree.
