Make something really greasy for breakfast and drink as much water as you can. The water will especially help if you have a headache.

Oh no. :( I'm sorry. I am an enabler of the worst sort.

Sports drinks, water, McDonalds if you can stomach it. Grease and water are gods to the hungover.
