I'm so tired right now but I have to at least skim my primary doc stuff for American War: Vietnam tomorrow. I think I'm going to take a tylenol PM to ensure that I actually go to sleep instead of flop around in bed for an hour, because I need rest.

My actors pleased me today because ALL twenty-two of them are now measured by the costume shop. Yesterday, only six or seven were. Admittedly, I said an e-mail that said (this is more or less verbatim) "You need to get measured TOMORROW or you will be performing naked in November." Obviously, this would not have happened, but it amuses me that I said that and they obeyed. I wield immense power and I'm not sure why they allowed this. XD But then I was brought down again because only one actor was there earlier than five minutes before. I get antsy is all.

Zzzzzzzzzz.

Stephen Colbert just blew a shofar (and I'm pretty sure I butchered that spelling, but the ram's horn!). The only way it would have been better is if he had followed up with "Prepare ye the way of the lord!"

And it doesn't get any better once you graduate. Most of my friends were theater majors and are working twelve hour days and six day weeks for barely minimum wage. I admire them, but I do not envy them.

Also, shofar is spelled right.

Hated class: Organic Chemistry. In addition to being ridiculously hard, it ceases to resemble any previously learned chemistry after Day Two
YES. THAT. THAT IS EXACTLY IT. It's like someone put two hydrogens on Cthulhu and said "There, look, it's chemistry!"
