I've actually thought about this, and they'd either be the greatest roleplayers, or the absolute pits. Nothing in between. I play House somewhere, and last week, I considered replicating Vicodin withdrawl as best I could by going without sleep as long as I could manage -- luckily I realized that method roleplaying would be tragically lame of me before I started doing it.
