Here's a sentence I never thought I'd write: I had cow intestines for lunch yesterday and they were delicious.

I'm going to Venice this weekend, so I'm not dead if you don't see me. Am having theological differences with Dante, but considering I'm a Methodist by baptism and confirmation, I don't find this surprising.
