dramaturgy | (no subject)

So not only do I feel like ass, but I have to sleep through the alarm (which plays Little Red Rocket at TOP VOLUME IN MY EAR, A DEAF MAN COULD NOT MISS THIS ALARM) that was meant to rouse me from a peaceful slumber so that I could wake my cousins. And the result was that they have missed half a day of school. And now I feel not only like I got run over by a bus, but I just feel like an asshole. Who trusts me with kids, anyway?

Thank god I have relatives who can just COME DOWN HERE at a moment's notice to bail me out of trouble. Goddamnit.

ETA: Okay, so turned out not as bad as I thought. Grandma and Kim were much calmer about it than I was. Then again, I still feel like ass. I am at home and they are at grandma's and right now my only question is whether to nap on the couch or pull myself back to my bed.
