dramaturgy | (no subject)

So like I was saying, my hair is pink.

This is me the day after we did it (Chelsea helped me, and I swear that I'm not being emo or anything, just resting my eyes). The color will fade a little after a few washes. Even though I'm still like, WOAH THAT'S PINK everytime I look in the mirror, I'm pretty pleased with it.

This is me today. Hey, I was having an awesome hair day.

For the color to show up, I had to bleach my hair first. I look sort of like Colin Farrell in Alexander. That's right, with ONE bottle of bleach, you too can conquer the known world!

Woo. That's some fun shit.

Aside from that, I had two papers due this week and I have two due next week. One of them could have been due this week but that's more work. The first paper was 3-5 pages for Western Civ I on Alexander the Great, deserving or undeserving of his title of 'the Great', blah blah. Easy as pie. Not as easy, however, was my term paper for History of Theatre. My notes are so color coded that they look like a pride parade ran over them. Aside from that, some of the stuff I can't really read, so I mostly guess. It's supposed to be 12-15 pages and came out at twelve, and I'm sure that I'm going to be able to come up with other stuff inbetween now and when it's due at the end of the semester, so I'm not worried. But the history paper needs cracking. Ew.

In lieu of seeing Running With Scissors (*waits patiently for a torrent to show up*), I saw Man of the Year which was pretty great. Jon Stewart meets The West Wing with a big huge conspiracy too, what's not to like, right?

The pink is SUPER vibrant, which is very cool! Just make sure to maintain it and it will stay bitchin! I had a friend in high school who would routinely get bored of her hair color and she did the super bleach and then like Manic Panic dye, and for about three days it was SUPER BLUE and then it started looking like a fishbowl that no one cleans... (although pink should totally not do that because even if it fades it is still awesome looking!)

Yeah, Manic Panic is what I used. 'Hot Hot Pink' according to the jar.

They are the only really reliable ones at all for those kinds of colors, like I've tried just about everything else and it seriously does last the longest and give the brightest color (unless you wanna go like high end and who has the time, dude?) But it will be GREAT because even if it is like a lot blonde with some pink in it, how cute! I would hit on you!

Coolness! I like how, in the final photo (with the blond hair) your eyes are pink to match... hee!

lol Yeah. I hate having red eye in photos, but it sees unavoidable.
