First of all, YAY MUSHU AND CRICKEE. This icon is my SNAFU icon. If you haven't seen Mulan, they're traveling in the mountains and a firework goes off and when Mulan looks back at them, Mushu looks slightly singed and points at Crickee. I love it. XD


This is my "I hate life/work" icon. It's from explodingdog.com and also known as the Croaker Icon. The stick figure is eating a piece of paper. Yes.

This is a scene from the Duchess of Malfi, which is a play that I read/analyzed for my History of Theater and Drama I class last fall. I was completely blown away by the play and it's one of my favorites to date. This is a picture from I think an Australian production of Bosla garroting the Duchess.


Josh and Donna from The West Wing. Seven seasons of UST and near misses culminate in THIS MOMENT. I can die happy.


Anatoly and Svetlana. SO AWKWARD. I love them. More people need to write Chessfic, because bad things happen when I feel compelled to pick up the slack. I love this, because Josh Groban is... well, he's Josh Groban, that's all that needs to be said, I think, and Sutton Foster is gorgeous.


See, morbid and creepifying, I got no problem with. Long as she does it quiet like. :] I love River a lot. She's probably tied with Kaylee (or maybe Mal. Or maybe Wash...) for my favorite character on Firefly.


I CAN SEE YOU. Holy shit, this is from the R. Tam Sessions, an online marketing thing for Serenity, which I'm sure most of you know. But if you haven't seen them... AHHHHHH google them or something. They're seriously one of the creepiest things I've ever seen. But so powerful and such an insight to River.


lol Nathan Fillion. I love this picture, it's so him. I think one of the best parts about Firefly is watching the episodes with commentary because everyone involved in hilarious.


An icon that is tied for no particular reason other than I said so to one of my favorite OCs, courtesy of Kitty - Owen Curenton, an activist for werewolves. Or at least that's just how he started out. Over a year he's slowly grown into a sociologist, a disillusioned attempted journalist, an agnostic, and a riot inciter. I've never had an OC grow into something like him. The man never shuts up. Ever. Don't believe me? I'll send him to your head for an afternoon. (At least he understands that he has to be quiet when the professor starts talking...)


This Pride and Prejudice icon replaced the other one I had. I know more than a handful of people have a problem with this movie but I like Keira Matthew McFadyen Jena Malone Donald Sutherland TALLULAH RILEY IS THE CUTEST THING EVER it, so shush. This scene is so... gah. It gets me. You could totally cut the tension with a knife.


I actually first saw mrstater using it when she posted her Transfigured Hearts series on various groups I'm in </plug> and said to myself, "Hm. That's pretty. I like it. *takes and credits original maker*" It's vaguely R/T-ish, which I like (shush) and it's just kind of pretty besides.
