Saw the PoA trailer. Pretty much liked what I saw, but I have to ask WTF is up with the choir?

My theory is that it's just something extra to tie the scenes and the song together, and that the choir isn't part of the actual movie.

Well, that, or Cauron has gone off the deep end. But let's think happy thoughts, shall we?

That's what I was kind of thinking too.

Let's hope.

But picture this! A Halloween sequence in which we flash between the choir singing "Double, double, toil and trouble, something wicked this way comes!" and Sirius slashing the Fat Lady's portrait and entering Gryffindor Tower. How cool would that be?

That, my dear, would kick quite a bit of ass. As I have forced myself to see the movies as something quite apart from the books, I am actually looking forward to Mr. C's quirky little additions . . .
and if he does something like that, I will just have to adore him. Ieee, chills thinking about it. <3

And your icon? So. Perfect.

Oooh, I like that idea. Sounds rather Cauronish, too.

That could be nifty.

I don't think I quite have the vocabulary to express how cool that would be. *imagines* *dreamy sigh*

Brrr! That sounds very Hitchcock-ey! I Like!

[identity profile] dramaturgy.livejournal.com 2003-11-15 05:53 pm (UTC)(link)
That could be true.
