He is! One of the things I love about him. :) Also, I didn't even notice it until I was listening to the War Stories commentary and Alan Tudyk said it, but Jayne's a very tactile character - he's always touching and handling. I felt kind of silly for not noticing, since that's usually the kind of thing I do notice, but... there I go again. :x
