So, given that the Potter on the Black family tree is most likely Harry's grandfather, Harry is not only most likely related to Ron, Sirius, Tonks, and Draco, but Ginny as well.
It's only third cousins once removed (I think) but
kay_cricketed and I just spent a good bit of time laughing over this fact.
Sirius and Regulus's parents still have them beat, given the fact that they are second cousins.
God, I love this fandom.

Also: Sirius is the proof we've been looking for that the first generation of inbreeding produces Super!Kids. On the other hand, it's probably not the first generation, which makes him one of the Psycho!Kids.
Both explain an awful lot.
